• All requests to register and Memorandum of Understandings, signed and dated, must be received by Friday, 15 February 2019
• Specific additional fixture and furniture demands must be received Friday, 1 March 2019
• Full list of invited guests and speakers must be received by Friday, 8 March 2019
• Pavilions will be available to all organisers from 14:00 on Wednesday, 10 April; breakdown will begin at 23:00 on Saturday, 13 April 2019
