What public services for the future? Digital Transformation and Low-carbon economy

The European socio-economic model is currently facing several major transformational challenges. Amongst those, the simultaneous digital and low-carbon transitions are fundamentally impacting the model of many public services' enterprises. This session will aim at presenting to the audience the challenges faced, highlight the key legal, regulatory and economic impacts on the services provided, and brainstorm on the ways forward, for an inclusive digital low-carbon future.
