As one of the cross-industry social partners, CEEP is involved in the EU social dialogue, together with the European Trade Union Confederation, BusinessEurope and SMEunited, representing public services' employers. The goal of this workshop and discussion will be to present briefly what social dialogue is, why it matters, and why both trade unions and employers have a strong interest in being directly involved in shaping a Social Europe.
